COMMUNICATE with the people you hope to do business with! You just lost me, my business, and everyone I know as customers. I placed an order, received confirmation email 10/19/2024. Payment was removed from my account on 10/24/2024. I called 10/30/2024 requesting a order status update. They said they would know more 11/7/2024 or 11/8/2024. I called again 11/14/2024. Nikki, who was sweet and professional, informed me that they updated their system on 10/31/2024 and that I had two options... 1) I could continue to wait and it would take an additional 4 to 6 weeks or 2) I could cancel my order today, pay again today, and wait and additional 1 to 5 business days. I just cancelled my order entirely. It will take 5 to 7 business days for the money to be returned to my account. Why give them a third chance to screw me over because I have done this same thing with them about a year ago and thought I would give them another shot. Boy was I wrong. Don't do it. Pay the extra to go somewhere else.
