Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Placed an order on 7/30. Received an email that it had shipped on 8/6. On 8/15, I noticed that it hadn't shipped, just that a label had been created. I emailed them and asked when it would actually be shipped. Heard nothing. On Aug. 22, I reached out again and was concerned because I'm moving soon and want to receive the package. This time, I get a reply that "we're having some issues with USPS and tracking numbers" and that the person would "look into" the issue. By 8/25, I hadn't heard anything and asked for my order to be cancelled and money to be refunded. Still heard nothing. Today (8.28), I contacted my bank to dispute the charges. Worst company ever.
