This Web Vendor, Magick seems bogus and completely unreliable is an understatement. Order placed 3/11/24.USPS tracking #created 4/2 but product not given to USPS. CS #310-698-0332 goes nowhere.Multiple CS emails back and forth, multiple excuses that didn't make rational sense.... total B$. Many broken promises on shipment projections. Eventually email request for updates went unanswered. Totally ghosted. Magick is a 100% scam illegitimate Web Portal. The good news is I disputed the charge with AMEX before the 60 day window closed.... They investigated and reversed the charge. That should say something. Buy the products this company sells on Amazon or eBay. Magick is ALWAYS running a 30% off sale which is their consumer hook and a leading excuse they use why it's taking so long.
