Horrible company! Incredibly delayed shipping time, unhelpful and unresponsive customer service, I tried to cancel my order 3 times and they only sent it when I threatened a charge back and didn't want it because it took two months to ship. Horrible!!!Update: after I requested a charge back with my bank, Isabel contacted me and told me to cancel the "false chargeback" instead of providing any type of support or solution like I had been trying to get for months. Since they did FINALLY ship, I did not get a refund, and am now stuck with herbs that sat around for at least the 2 months it took to ship.
