I ordered 5/20/2024. Sent an email inquiring about status of order on 5/31/2024. Received a response from Isabel on 6/13/2024. Her email included absolutely nothing. No pertinent information about my order or a status update beyond “processing”. No one cares about the sale you've had going on for over a year because you don’t update your site. Its seems as if they don’t have the items in stock in an all actuality and they’re stealing from the customers to cover up a screwup on your end. I haven’t disputed with my bank yet but I might have too smh. To Amazon I go, you get screwed when you try to patronize small businesses these days.
