Absolutely a dreadful experience. Ordered items and shipping took a very, very, very long time. After about 4 weeks, I contacted customer service. Big mistake! Because of their sale, which seems to be ongoing, they asked that I allow them more time. After 6 weeks of not receiving my order, I cancelled the payment with my bank. Then of course, customer service contacted me. But to no resolve! They wanted me to either accept the order and cancel the chargeback from my bank. I didn’t want the order, not from them anyways and asked them to cancel my order. Customer service said they couldn’t cancel my order in their system until I cancelled the chargeback with my bank, which I wasn’t willing to do.In other words, I paid for something and never received it. When I cancelled the payment, 6 weeks of waiting for my order, they blamed it on the influx of orders due to their sale and refused to give me my money back. Saying I needed to contact my bank and remove the chargeback is simply the lie they tell.
