I ordered June 7th, requested a refund a month later. 2 weeks ago they said part of my order was on its way. I received 2 items today. One of them was replaced with one of lesser value. Now I'm waiting on a partial refund and the rest of my items. I have ordered from them for years and never had a problem. I dont know what changed but it is very disappointing. I was happy to support a small company and shipping times could be slow but it was never like this. I wish them well, they lost a customer.
