Ordered products that all showed in stock on June 9th. Called 2 weeks later was told it can be a month because there are products on back order. The young lady on the phone was really rude about the situation. She did not care regardless of what I could have said. No personality and no customer service stills at all. I waited another week emailed for an update, explained that I would seek a refund from my bank if I don't get an update. Got ZERO response. Emailed again. Suddenly the package supposedly shipped on 7/9 but the post office shows the tracking number is still pending acceptance of the package. Its been 10 days since a tracking number was finally posted but still no package and no movement. Today is 7/18. Very frustrating. This is not the first time I have ordered from magick. I received my previous order in a timely fashion. I can guarantee it is the last time I will order from Magick.
