We arranged a holiday for August 2024 with this service, and they changed our hotel without prior notice, just sending an email about the switch. The new accommodation did not meet our needs, as we specifically selected the original for our children due to its slides. After days of searching for another hotel with slides, we found one, but it was not comparable to what we had booked. It wasn't on the beach and lacked the swim-up pools we had paid extra for. Moreover, the new hotel was £1000 cheaper, and the service refused to refund the difference, stating my request to switch hotels again would cover this cost. The customer support was dismal; we were consistently dismissed. Ultimately, we ended up at a hotel with sewage leaking around the sunbeds by the pool, which had a terrible smell, and the establishment was outdated with non-functioning Wi-Fi. It was far from the beach or resort we wanted. Moving forward, we will opt for a more reputable service rather than one that misleads and neglects its customers.
