ive had to report them to my bank, trading standards and the police for a fraud claim. the company sent me a box with no vape in, just accessories. I emailed them immediately asking if the vape was coming separately and they responded to say I already had the vape. I said I certainly do not have the vape, on top of the fact this box has been clearly tampered with as it has two stickers from DPD, one of which is CUT IN HALF and UNDERNEATH the new sticker. Clear that it has been tampered with. I was forced to report this to the police and the bank, because the company did not believe their customer. The company thought I was trying to blag a free vape. I understand people blag but this is a clear case of my item being stolwn and you didnt believe me until there was an official enquiry done. They FINALLY refunded me the money, two weeks later. Sending 'apologies' I said if they wanted me to rectify my reviews online, they would need to send me a free vape. They sent the free vape, I have yet to recieve the vape, it is meant to come today. Hopefully it hasnt been stolen again because they sent it with the same courier company lol. I am still let down and angry at the company, but the free vape has made the whole situation hurt a little bit less and for this I applaud them. They would have got 1 star if they hadn't sent the free vape. I give 3 stars because they wouldnt believe me and gaslit me and caused me a lot of stress.ridiculous when i was buying the vape as im a disabled person prescribed medical cannabis for Fibromyalgia and complex ptsd... didnt need to deal with the POLICE when im prescribed MEDICAL CANNABIS.
