I placed my order over a week ago and was informed it shipped the next day, yet I still haven't received a tracking number or delivery details. It feels as if I haven’t ordered anything at all. I reached out to customer service, and while they assured me they would resolve it quickly, nothing has changed. I'm frustrated after saving up for this item, hoping to use it for holiday preparations, but now it seems unlikely. I wouldn't mind if I had been informed about the delay, but now I’m £300 down with no clarity on its arrival. I would really appreciate an update!
