Customer service calling me STUPIDThe product is ok. I think I have been unlucky with my unit and had to sen it to repair twice. I would not buy the product again to avoid their poor customer service.See below copy of part of the email received from their customer team calling me stupid.Customer Care (Magimix UK)13 Sept 2023, 11:03 BST“No probs, it really is stupid to keep coming in to us on new tickets, it just makes everything more complicated.”The apology response I received to this emailing even more alarming.(Magimix UK)14 Sept 2023, 13:49 BST“I hope this email finds you well. I would like to extend my sincerest apologies for the email you received earlier, which contained content not intended for your eyes.”Which means it’s ok and seems to be the norm within the customer care team to call their clients stupid.Date of experience: 13 September 2023
