I placed my order for a 5200XL over a week ago and was informed it shipped the following day, yet I still haven't received a tracking number or any delivery updates from the company. It feels as though I haven't ordered anything at all. I reached out to customer support and was assured they would handle the situation quickly, but nothing has changed. It's disappointing, especially after saving for it and wanting to use it for holiday preparations, but now it seems I won’t have it in time. I wouldn't mind if I had been informed about potential delays, but now I'm £300 out of pocket with no clarity on whether it will arrive. I would really appreciate an update!
