I've sent nine emails since May trying to close my account but received no response, while I continue to get promotional emails. Payouts take an excessive amount of time, and commissions are deducted from winnings. The maximum payout in one day is £800 if you ever win that much. AVOID THIS PROVIDER; there are better options available.
