I'm really let down by this product. It's way too expensive and doesn't make my rooms smell like a hotel as advertised. The scent simply doesn't last. I contacted the support team to express my dissatisfaction but received excuses for why it isn't working properly. I'm already following their instructions, yet it still doesn't perform as promised. Don't waste your money.
