I've had these cables for over 6 months. At first I was thrilled with the convenience and ease of charging. Over time the cables have slowed down. Android fast charger and standard cable would fast charge from 50% to full in about an hour. These cables would be over 5 hours. Constantly cleaning both the cables and adapters. Slightest amount of anything stuck on either side will hinder the connection and cause long or even no charging. Again I love the magnetic connection for the ease of use but I only use it at night. Any time I want a fast charge I go back to the original cable. I have been working with customer service to help identify problems and how I dealt with the issues or what I tried amd they have been great. I feel they want a success and I think they will get there.
