Tom Oates went above and beyond to assist and support in what was a very difficult process for me when sourcing a vehicle. Everything that could have gone wrong did go wrong with my dealer but nothing was an issue for Tom. The whole process was dragged out by my dealer for 3 weeks and 5 days however Tom was very reassuring, provided great guidance and was accessible for questions when I needed.I honestly believe without him I would have given up on the whole thing and he deserves some form of recognition & reward following this.
