I have emails between myself and this company relating to this issue as evidence- i sent one to the email address shown on the paypal on 18th November - this email did not go through which tells me the email address does not work. I had tried to cancel my order (wothin 24 hours). Then i managed to find another email address, requested to cancel on 19th, but was told the item had already been dispatched (i then got a dispatch email on 21st, which tells me they had not dispatched it when they said they had). Then on 4th November i realised i had an email from my hermes to say the item was delivered, when i had not recieved anything. It took 4 separate emails for them to understand what i was saying (at one point they offered me half my money back for me to keep an item that i hadnt recieved!). Hence why i then raised it on paypal. I have had big problems with the courier myhermes recently - (they are terrible couriers, i made a complaint to them because they left a £150 cremation ring on my front door step, which could have easily been stolen. And left a Christmas gift for my daughter in the garden which got wet and the box was damaged. And now this!) I didnt want the item, tried to cancel, and then after waiting weeks, it didnt arrive. I am not a liar - i never open cases with paypal because there is never usually any need to but if i dont receivea refund soon i will be escalating it. It has been stressful and i just wanted my money back. Not another 2 weeks of waiting for something i dont even want! Their customer service has been awful and I am really tired of writing them emails and getting no where
