The 300 YTT at Maharishi Yoga Peeth of November 2025 has been a wonderful journey. I could not have dreamt about such a transformative experience and I am sure having made lifelong friends. Sanya, Bert, Akshita and Sonali – thank you for friendship, your kindness and love during these 4 amazing weeks.Being teached by teachers who live yoga and who are fully embedded in the tradition has given this course a dimension that is unique for me coming from Europe. I was here to understand yoga better and my goal and more is fully accomplished. I call it an immersive experience that will have an impact on the rest of my life.And thank you Megha, Rekha, Sidhart and the others for your heartwarming welcome, your care and support throughout. If I may, regarding 1 point, while mantra chanting is very valuable, I believe there were too many different mantra’s and too much time was spent on pronunciation. This gave less time for the practice of pranayama. We practiced the different techniques, often only once. Some more techniques and more repetition would have been useful.
