Couldn't be happier with Mark and Cheryl's work on our snagging inspection on a new build property. Mark was very thorough and found issues we wouldn't have even thought to look for, which we could immediately inform our developer about. The report provided was detailed and had photos for every issue raised (139 in total).Mark arrived exactly when he said he would and was very friendly throughout; he treated my entire family with respect and kindness and even put up with some development work happening on the driveway. He worked around a rather chaotic scene inside the house with boxes yet to be unpacked but remained professional and good natured.Cheryl was friendly and responsive on the admin side of things, responding quickly to emails and questions - even over weekends - and the report was provided swiftly on payment.I couldn't reccomend MAH highly enough and would stress how much of a relief it is to have found the snagging issues so early into our new home's life.
