Extremely disappointing and unprofessional service from Maidvy. After taking advance payment, they stopped responding properly and I had to continuously chase them for updates. They initially promised to share 3–4 profiles, but after repeated follow-ups, only one profile was shared — and that too did not match our requirements at all.They committed deployment within 2–7 days, but that never happened. None of their promises were fulfilled. On top of that, their executive behaved very rudely and casually told me to take my money back if I was not satisfied. However, despite that statement, my refund has not been processed and there has been zero response from their side.This company makes false commitments and does not value customers. Extremely poor experience. I strongly warn others to stay away.
