If you buy something from a friend or receive a gift, they won't ship it internationally. I wish this was clearer on their website, as it led to a frustrating two weeks of unhelpful responses and multiple calls. In the end, I had to have my shipment sent to a friend in another country to get it. It's disappointing that a forwarding service can't manage simple mail forwarding.
