the return service is very slow. it took 3-4 days to return my items to sender. Other parcel forwarders do it in 1 days like tiptrans. Also, why a manual email contact needed if someone wants to return an item to sender? similar forwarders(tiptrans,forward2me, ship7) all do it automated, so we can order "return service" on their website and we can attach a return label, without any contact needed. Could you make it available ? It would be more dynamic and faster,both for us and your email customer service staff would not need to waste the time to read these email and the handling would be much faster and hassle-free.
