Highly incompetent company. Very disappointed in the credit card changes. Shocked by their inability to get my script either faxed to my new pharmacy or emailed back to me.
I did try a bank transfer years ago and wrong meds were shipped so that is no longer an option.
If all of this was not bad enough try leaving a message during business hours or speaking to a competent customer service rep. The 2 times I spoke with a rep over the last week they confirmed my correct email yet never received script. Absolutely awful. I will contact authorities and file a complaint if not received soon.
