After I placed my order AND I was given an order number AND my credit card was charged - after that - they wanted to add a tariff charge to my order that was already supposed to be in process. I was also charged $10 for shipping to the US that they advertise as FREE. I was told that I was charged shipping because they are thinking about that they might need to start charging shipping in the future (I saved the email). I was given so many lame excuses for why my order as placed and paid for wasn't going to be sent to me, and then without my knowledge or consent, they canceled my order.
