2020, that was the year that I decided that building PC's for myself was no longer something I really wanted to do but did I need a new one, heck yes I did. After several weeks of looking at local and external vendors, I finally picked Maingear. The reasons were many but thats not really what this review is about. It's bout customer service in a world where customer service generally sucks and these fine folks did not suck. In fact, since my first convo with them, they've answered question after question, helped me when RAM died(2 years later) and recently(5 years later) helped me figure out why upgrading wasn't working to Win 11. Literally 5 years after I purchased their product, they're still helping. I definitely didn't buy an extended warranty but they're still answering emails and genuinely helping more than the helpdesk at work does. Yes, do I wish they were Canadian, and that they were local so I could send them timmies as a thank you but they're the nicest folks to work with and I sincerely thank them for continuing to work with me and making my life as a consumer easier. Their products are great, the sales guy was great, the product has been great and thankfully the service has been par none, which in other words, great. Thanks MainGear!
