Paid for next day delivery. Delivery quoted 3 days but still charged same extra. Only some of the time are we able to contact 9-5 so can't discuss plus chat feature not available outside of office times - closed torrow so 2 days even to be able contact while waiting for long delivery that I paid extra for. Low priority setup in response to problems 😢
