Having read other people's comments, I am no longer surprised that this company hasn't responded to my request to return an item. However, I'm still furious, hence this review. I bought a throw which, when it finally arrived, was a different colour to online image (and frankly not worth what I paid) so I e-mailed asking about returning it. No reply, e-mailed again, still no reply. But if like others I have to pay cost of returning it to China ( I too thought company was in Netherlands! ) then it probably won't be worth pursuing matter. The customer care is shabby, and my advice is avoid buying from this company.
