This has been the most frustrating online shopping experience I've encountered. I placed an order on December 6, unaware of the 'pre-order' note in small print. I quickly made another purchase of an available item and contacted customer service to cancel the first order, as it wouldn't arrive in time for Christmas. This is where the issues began. Customer service claimed they couldn't cancel the order after it was placed, even though it was a pre-order. After several emails, they finally acknowledged my request. Regarding the second order, I received tracking information on December 15, but it was stagnant. On December 24, I learned the package was returned due to a supposed incorrect address, which I've used for all my purchases. They asked for the correct address, but I opted for a refund instead. They responded that a refund wasn't possible until I received the package. Is this standard customer service? I haven’t received my order and they refuse to refund me.
