They promised delivery between December 10-16, but as of December 18, there's still no sign of my items. The automated help bot is unhelpful, and their email responses are vague. Now, as I prepare for Christmas without two bags for my daughters, I am frustrated by their questionable business practices. One month later, and no one seems to be urgently addressing this issue.
