Update 2: It seems when you go through the process of interacting with them, they sent me partial refund, a replacement product which was still bad quality and asked again that I change my review....It seems if you don't the company then tells Trustpilot that I have reviewed the wrong domain??? Really? It just keeps getting worse. Fix your communication problems BEFORE it gets to this point on Trustpilot. Now they want to 'clean it up'. I've gone from being frustrated and just want to be heard to now being extremely irritated and annoyed at the attitude and approach, even though all communications to me is saying the perfect things.Update : they contacted me after I left this review and asked me to consider changing my review. They were apologetic and gave me a partial refund as well as sending a replacement product for the defective item. I'm still blocked on instagram despite the apology from them. There's also a spelling mistake on their website ribbon & after pointing it out, a week later it's still there? Replacement product of jewelry organiser is better, but still not good quality. The make up bag organisers are okay but very disappointed with the quality. Customer service only seem to kick in once a negative review is left on Trust pilot. AVOID buying. They sent a very poor quality product with faults. I sent an email with photos to request a refund. It's almost been three weeks. No response. I've also tried their website chat feature twice and starting commenting on instagram posts to see if I can get a response but instead THEY BLOCKED ME??? I wasn't rude at all. I feel scammed now as it wasn't cheap and feel cheated that I found out they are in Canada and not Australia as they seemed to appear.
