I had a problem with the cashmere hood I ordered. Something happened to the package and in turn damaged the hood. I sent pictures and the explanation if what occurred. Eleonora was very helpful and kind throughout this whole thing. I just received the replacement for the cashmere hood . No damage. Absolutely perfect.
