I ordered two scarves and a hat before reading the reviews on this site. Then I read these reviews and felt immediately concerned and on alert. I will say the experience was a little rocky but ultimately turned out just fine. It definitely takes longer to get the order than I think most people are used to anymore. There was a production delay and they also were unable to ship one of the items. However, I was informed of both situations and then subsequently always got a reply to follow up inquiries or requests for updates. I only used email to communicate with them. The communication was a little vague at times but when I asked for clarification I always got it. The product that couldn't be fulfilled was a hat; they informed me via email that they would send a substitute of their choosing, and when I objected, I got a prompt refund and also the substitute hat. The quality of the products (two scarves and a hat) is good, though these products don't get stressed like a sweater. And the hat is surprisingly small, which doesn't have anything to do with Euro sizes vs US sizes.All in all, I would recommend the company for non-fitted items like scarves and shawls, though I can't personally speak to any of the more complicated products, and only if you're not in a rush to get the item(s).
