Very poor quality. Sold as luxurious product with prices to match. Jumper developed a hole after 5 wears. Reported, but poor customer serviced offered to quote for repair if I returned it.Disappointing as it was a gift. The garment was gifted at a later date to purchase date (18 months before) and worn 5 times. The offer was to send the garment back for an estimate of the repair (I felt a return at my cost and free repair fair). Prior to my wife notifying me about the quality issue. I bought an another item 2 months ago. The quality was equally poor. The PR reply doesn't reflect accurately the situation. If you don't believe me, there is adequate other reviews of the inferior products. In addition, negative review are filtered out on their own website.Ultimately, the purchaser will make their own decision, but I hope that they don't feel that they wasted £400 on gifts that were ultimately a cause of embarrassment as I did.
