While placing my order online I received a ‘declined’ notification, yet when I checked my account the funds were charged. I received an email from them the next day explaining ‘technical difficulties’ occurred and they would return the money, which they did, but not before my bank flagged transaction as fraudulent, causing my card to be locked until a new card can be sent in 1-2 business days (this on a Friday, leaving me without access to my funds over the weekend until Tuesday /12December/. What a headache! Will not order ANYTHING from this company, ever!
