Bad service after recieving a faulty item . I wish i had read the already bad reviews about this company before i made a purchase . I recieved a pair of jogging bottoms that had no elastic in the waist . I informed the company by email. It’s such a hasell to send things back that i went down the road to a tailor and had to pay £18 to get elastic in the waist . Even though I provided a receipt and proof they will not pay for it . It’s just £18 . But there is no way they will honour this . I probably wouldn’t of written this review if they had been more amenable. Avoid this company. In response to your reply, i had issues with a faulty item . I was asking you for just £18 to cover the cost of the fault. This it’s not in any way a fortune. I sent you details of the repair and you know what just out of wanting to keep a customer and of goodwill More importantly,.. please do yourselves a favour and take notice of all the poor reviews that you are getting.No one believes the reviews on your website . They are made up as you have a control over that . This is where people look !! 👀 .There is obviously something wrong at a fundamental level that needs addressing. Mistakes are made we all know that, but it’s the way, a company addresses those mistakes that stands them out from the crowd . A gesture of goodwill goes along way. Especially when you can see, I’m not making the situation up which would be exceptionally weird for the money. I’m asking in conversation.
