AVOID!!!!!Placed an order directly from the website given they offer free shipping over €100. Spent over €370 on the product when I got a email to confirm package has been shipped I tracked 2 days after to only be sent an email from DPD to say I need to pay custom tax. I forwarded that to customer services which clearly no response via any of their portals. I had no choice but to pay £75 in order to receive the package. Over €470 spent if I knew that customer services was that disgusting would have never ordered from there website. Best advice purchase from a UK retailer. As of today no response to my emails from customer service.
