This is customer service on another level, no waiting for replies for days, Leila replied to all my messages within a few hours. The perfume is stunning and the packaging is just beautiful, it came in a sturdy orange box with tissue paper all folded neatly with an emblem sticker holding it closed; i felt like I was unboxing an Hermes bag. I was also sent 5 samples of their other fragrances which was so unexpected but greatly appreciated and a great treat. Buying from the fragrance house itself is a special experience as other perfumes from this brand that I’ve purchased from other places just comes in a brown box with no free samples.
