The 2 furious reviews below, they’re both legit. I made an order on November 14 and guess what, today December 24 and still haven’t received Jack. First 2 weeks I waited like an idiot since on the website it says for US orders 4-10 business days delivery, then I contacted the customer service and got a response saying they’re offering expedited shipping if I wanted, I thought it’s a nice gesture why not. After another week they sent out the order and it’s been sitting at the Aussie airport 2+ weeks with no movement. Do yourself a favor don’t ever consider ordering it from their website even it’s slightly cheaper. Just go for Nordstrom or other US retailers. But imo I’d never do business again with such irresponsible despicable company. I’d rather just have my money back at this point. (I asked it after first 2 weeks waiting but they outright rejected, not even store credits offered, oh and they charged me the second day after I ordered) I don’t care if your product is made of gold, you lied on the website for delivery estimates then refused for a refund. You should to be sued into oblivion.
