I ordered a leopard print bag in December, using their special offer. I received an email saying they were processing my order and it was on its way. I then received an email informing me that my delivery was being returned to sender with no explanation as to why? I have assumed as I am in the Isle of Wight it was about delivery costs. But they have my postcode on the order.Ins have sent several emails asking why it was returned and for a refund and to date I have had no reply ! It so February. TOTALLY AVOID
