SCAM ALERTDo not buy from this company. They are late delivering the order and then sent a completely different bag. I ordered a large tote bag in premium leather, i got a tiny Mini Kelly PU fake rip off. They have a good returns policy, however they then say they are unable to refund or exchange and offer 15% then 20% discount instead. They delete reviews and comments on their social media post. It is clear from their reviews that they do this ALL the time. They claim their Trustpilot score is Excellent 5 Stars based on +2550 reviews. As you can see that is a blatant lie. I begrudged to even give 1 star
