Terrible experience!! I received my two bags after a MONTH, and one was completely wrong—it was not what I ordered. There seems to be no customer support as I haven’t received any feedback after sending three emails. Additionally, the bags are not real leather; they are plastic! They are not as refined as depicted in videos. Furthermore, THE BAGS COME FROM CHINA—the tracking will be from there!
