If I could give less than one star, I certainly would. After almost a month, I received two items I ordered, although they were smaller than expected. At least they were usable, but instead of the desired bags, I got two tiny plastic purses that can't even hold my phone and keys. I don’t use plastic purses, and I definitely don’t carry tiny ones. I should have read reviews beforehand, which is on me, but these purses didn’t resemble the ones I ordered at all—they were a completely different style. It’s obvious they disregarded my order and just sent whatever they wanted. It's disappointing. What’s worse is they keep sending me coupons for my next order.
