False advertising!! Did not receive what they advertise. Was asked to send photos of purse I received. I sent photos of what they advertise compared to what I received. I then was offered a 15% refund which I told them was very insulting at which point I was told they would increase it to a 20% refund. I asked for a full refund and crickets.... I have not received any refund as of today. Their customer service phone number goes straight to voicemail. Don't be fooled by this company. Bunch of crooks for sure that advertise on all social media platforms. I am sure there are others that got duped as well - total scam!
