😠 Customer Service Nightmare - SCAM ALERT! It is a SCAM. After 3 weeks of waiting for the MAITE SOHO TOTE BAG, I received an incorrect product.The customer service phone number only leads to a voicemail, and nobody returns calls.The emails sent to the help service have resulted in the same series of automated responses after each inquiry, none of which addressed my actual questions or requests:1. An apology and a request for photos of the incorrect product received.2. An offer of 15% compensation for the error.3. Another apology and a request for photos.4. An offer of 20% compensation for the error.At no point have they provided a return shipping label/sticker or any information about when they will send the correct product.Very disappointed! Don't fall for this SCAM!!!
