Poor experience from start to finish! 5-8 days delivery is a lie. It was more than 2 weeks before the order was dispatched with almost a week for the company to respond to my email asking for an update on this. Then when my order eventually arrived I was sent the wrong item entirely - a completely different size and style of bag. I emailed to complain and was offered only a 15% refund and no other rectification despite providing pictures as proof of the wrong item I received! Extremely disappointed by the service, the customer care and poor accuracy of the whole process. Please avoid.
