Very personable customer service--liberal return policy on the unfinished item that I mistakenly ordered, and lots of permutations and combinations to choose from.Only complaint is that the sizes provided are not the actual total dimensions of the items. That information should be provided immediately next to each "opening" dimension. The note ("add 1" to these dimensions") is not obvious enough and needs to be clearer how that works.
