UPDATE: After several emails, I received a full refund and a complementary replacement item has been sent. This has been a lengthy process but it was resolved satisfactorily, and the company was very helpful in finding a solution. I have given them 4 stars to reflect this. Initially, I was frustrated as I ordered a bracelet in May and received no response despite multiple emails requesting a replacement or refund. Be cautious!
