Make.com is a phenomenal platform but it is the people who make or break a business. As automation technology make.com has done a great job, but I'm not happy with the way I was treated by customer service lately.I think it is a great product but the support staff is not helpful at all. Being in business I know the importance of clients, you must adhere to customer satisfaction at all costs, after all why are you taking this survey and why does it matter to you if you don't walk the walk and talk the talk? I got email from Ramparkash B from customer service to my request for a refund of the service and he flat out said that it wasn't the policy of make.com to offer no refunds. I do have an issue with that on two fronts!1- There must always be option for refund requests, Im well within my right to request a refund if I don't think for whatever reason i change my mind about the service.2- There should be options offered to clients and not cold canned responses from customers service. I don't think my request was well entertained. Reason being I think I made a hasty decision to upgrade to 20K operation instead of 10,000 and later realized i didn't need the extra 10K operations. I basically asked them after less than 30 days. I cancelled my plan and asked them for a refund. To which make.com declined. I'm not happy about this.
