I found some good and bad reviews for Beeline. So, I proceeded with caution. I filled out the initial information and was contacted by a rep by email. They offered a couple of options that looked promising. I responded by asking for some buydown options that was met with quick response and some even better options. Everything was "looking" great. I liked what I saw so I filled out the application and provided all of the personal information that was being asked for. I received an email asking me to log in and see what my loan options were. Not great! And, not what was offered in the previous emails. As I looked through their rates and loan options, I chose an option that did not have any buydown on the rate. I wanted to see the bare truth of their refinance. The monthly payments were significantly higher than previously suggested and higher than any other lender I had communications with. Like $300 higher. Beeline's offers had the option to look at a breakdown of their fees and costs. WOW! There were fees after fees after fees. No wonder the monthly payment was so high. The closing costs on a rate with NO buydown were almost $5000. CLICK! I'm out... I went with another lender that I was comparing apples with. Got a great rate, paying less than $2000 in closing costs and closing in 30 days. Please proceed with caution and read EVERYHING!!After their reply… Obviously they didnt read my review. Their initial email offer was a bait. Once i gave all the personal information, then came the switch. There wasnt a single offer that matched the email offer. Term and rate. Then they claim to have the lowest closing costs even after i stated a savings of almost $3000 in closing costs. Too bad I cant post pictures. That would be deafening.
